ANECCC member clubs are encouraged to join a live Motorsport UK Club Development Team webinar on Tuesday 5 May at 7.00pm, ahead of National Motorsport Week 2026.
National Motorsport Week will run from 9 to 19 July 2026 and gives clubs an ideal opportunity to celebrate grassroots motorsport, welcome new people into the sport, and showcase the activities, disciplines and volunteering opportunities available across the UK.
The current campaign message for National Motorsport Week is that “Motorsport isn’t just for the pros, it’s for you.” It is a message that fits strongly with club motorsport, where local events, dedicated volunteers and welcoming motor clubs play such an important role in helping people take their first steps into the sport.
The webinar will offer practical ideas, guidance and support to help clubs bring their plans to life, whether they are already organising activity for National Motorsport Week or are just starting to think about how they could get involved.
For ANECCC member clubs, the week offers a useful opportunity to raise awareness locally, promote club activities, encourage new members, highlight volunteering roles and show that motorsport is accessible, friendly and open to people with a wide range of interests and experience.
