A round up of the latest information for the volunteer community.
Nominations for Volunteer of the Year are now open. Please follow the link to nominate anyone that you feel should be recognised for their work within motorsport. https://www.motorsportuk.org/the-sport/awards/
Club Development workshops are planned for Newcastle on Saturday 15th November. There will be workshops on sustainability, safeguarding, the event secretary role, and event steward role. You can Register for the Club Workshops here.
Training is also available for Event Safety Officers and Spectator Safety Officers. If there is anyone in your club/organising team who would benefit from this course please share the link. On an Association front, we are looking for volunteers who would be willing/able to join the A S Performance North of England Tarmacadam Championship organising team. We would like volunteers who would be willing to attend events and represent the championship/ Association. (This may include giving out championship decals and taking new registrations and payments.)
In celebration of FIA Volunteers & Officials Month, Motorsport UK have opened renewals for marshals and volunteers via Sport 80.
